A unique and challenging lot with three street frontages led to a design that provides privacy on the first floor and Intracoastal views on the upper floors.  The 3,600 square feet steps back to lighten the mass of the house and provide distinct spaces.  Traditional exterior materials and details blend with the home’s modern spaces to create a design that blends in with its coastal context.
